Her name — the device recognises it on its own, before anything is sent.
The address of the server you told her to talk to.
Anything you configure on the device itself.

Travels to your server

Your voice, after you say her name — to the server address you set up.
Your questions — to whichever model that server points at.
Device identity and connection details — to your server.

If you use our hosted service, your conversations pass through infrastructure we operate rather than a machine in your house. We have not settled on a retention policy for it. If that matters to you, run the server yourself and the question goes away.
